Stubborn vascular redness that needs a targeted approach
Vasculaze is built for visible vessels and vascular lesions. It delivers energy with precision,
treating the vessel while leaving the skin around it largely alone.
Vessels surface for all sorts of reasons, including genetics, sun, rosacea, ageing, hormones
and lifestyle. On the face they tend to show around the nose, cheeks and chin. On the body
they appear as spider veins or small leg veins. Lumecca is excellent for diffuse redness and
finer vascular change, but larger or more established vessels often call for something more
targeted, and that is where Vasculaze comes in, working on individual vessels or a defined
area.
Suitability comes down to the size, depth, colour and position of the vessel and your medical
history. Some clear quickly, others need more than one session. Leg veins ask for a more
careful approach and can take several sessions depending on how much there is.
Facial vessels
Facial vessels are common around the nose and cheeks, showing as single red lines, little
clusters or patches of persistent redness. Some come with rosacea, others follow sun or
simply time. Vasculaze targets defined vessels directly, and where there is both a red
background and visible vessels we may suggest pairing it with Lumecca.
Leg veins
Small leg veins can be treated with Vasculaze when they are suitable, and since they vary in
depth and spread, assessment matters. Larger varicose veins, painful veins, swollen legs or
anything that points to venous disease may need medical assessment elsewhere before any
cosmetic treatment. The aim here is to reduce how visible the vessels are, and results vary
with the vessel and how you heal.
After your treatment
The area can look red, warm or a little swollen afterwards, and treated vessels may darken
before they fade. Some areas take a few weeks to settle. Sun protection and careful aftercare
matter, especially on the face. A consultation and patch test come first, so we can confirm
suitability and talk through how many sessions you are likely to need.
